A return must be requested within 30 days
You are responsible for shipping costs
Products must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition
Personalized products are excluded from return
If you received a damaged product either due to transportation or a manufacturing defect, we apologize and make up for it!
We will send you a new product free of charge
A replacement delivery must be requested within 4 weeks
You must send us a picture of the defect product.
